Hospice Clinical Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established provider of Hospice and Home Health services. They have a current opening for a Hospice Clinical Manager for their hospice program in the Milford, MA area. A Registered Nurse with Hospice leadership experience is required. Home Health experience would also be considered. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Hospice Clinical Manager Job Requirements

1. Medicare-certified hospice leadership experience.
2. Knowledge of all Hospice rules and regulations.
3. Bachelor’s degree required.
4. Certified Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPN) strongly preferred.
