Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience).

The Opportunity

• Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of a respected, established hospice program.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses, aides, and field clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, timely documentation, and best-in-class care standards.
• Collaborate across departments including intake, medical directors, and field teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Conduct internal audits and support continuous quality improvement.
