Silverado Hospice in San Diego is seeking a PRN Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) to support patients in their homes across San Diego County. You will deliver compassionate, dignified end‑of‑life care and assist with daily activities, under supervision of licensed professionals.

Qualifications

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certifications required.
Must possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Regularly travel to patient homes to provide continuous care.
