Advocate Health Hospice Cabarrus in Kannapolis, NC, seeks a full-time Spiritual Care Provider to deliver pastoral care and support to patients and families in home, facility, and inpatient settings. The role requires a Master’s degree in Theology/Divinity/Religious Studies with ACPE CPE units, strong counseling and communication skills, and willingness to travel with potential on-call weekends.

Salary ranges from $28.55 to $42.85 per hour, with benefits.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Theology, Divinity, or Religious Studies; 2 ACPE units; 5 units preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills; culturally sensitive care.

Responsabilidades

• Provides initial spiritual assessment and ongoing pastoral care to patients and families.
• Develops a spiritual plan of care with the hospice team; coordinates with faith communities.
• Facilitates end-of-life conversations and legacy planning; participates in QA/CQI processes.
