Job summary

The Care Team Hospice is seeking a Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families receiving end‑of‑life care in home or facility settings. You will address spiritual needs, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, and offer compassionate guidance to comfort and support during challenging times.

Requirements include an active driver's license, ability to pass background checks and MVR, CPR certification, and chaplaincy training or equivalent

Qualifications

• Chaplaincy training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Active driver's license required.
• Background check and MVR clearance required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spiritual assessments.
• Provide spiritual counseling and support to patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align care goals.
• Support patients, families, and caregivers in end‑of‑life care.
• Attend to spiritual needs and provide compassionate guidance.
