Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual support to patients and families according to beliefs.
• Complete initial spiritual assessment within 24 hours of contact.
• Document assessments and care plans and update every two weeks.
• Organize funeral/memorial services as requested.
• Collaborate with staff, clergy, and community groups on spiritual needs.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and safety standards.
