Pruitthealth Corporation seeks a Hospice Chaplain I PRN to plan and coordinate spiritual services for United Hospice families and patients. You will assess spiritual needs, support patients’ beliefs, and serve as a liaison with community clergy to ensure respectful, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include grief counseling, on-call coverage, and participation in interdisciplinary team conferences, with an emphasis on compassionate care and confidentiality across all settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited theological school/seminary.
• Completion of 1–4 units in Clinical Pastoral Education from a nationally recognized provider.
• Current Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance.
• Two years of ministerial experience and church endorsement.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate spiritual services for United Hospice families and patients.
• Assess spiritual needs and provide care aligned with patient wishes.
• Provide grief and bereavement counseling to families.
• Assist with on-call chaplaincy coverage and attend team conferences.
• Liaise with community clergy and coordinate chaplain activities across facilities.
• Support volunteers and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
