Job summary

Qualifications

• Ordained or endorsed religious leader or trained pastoral caregiver.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare or hospice settings desired.
• Comfort with interfaith settings and use of basic computer/HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual care to patients and families, directly or through coordination with counselors.
• Document religious/spiritual needs in intake forms and progress notes.
• Assist team members with grief support and spiritual resources.
