Qualifications

• Ordination or certification as a Chaplain or equivalent spiritual care provider.
• Experience providing pastoral counseling and grief support in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of patient rights and confidentiality in spiritual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pastoral counseling and grief support to patients and families.
• Conduct spiritual assessments and develop care plans aligned with patient beliefs.
