Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MA, MDiv) in religious studies, theology, divinity or related field.
• Strong background in functional theology with ability to apply pastorally.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic spiritual care to patients and families, including counseling and sacramental support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning and ethical discussions.
• Travel to all areas within the Advocate Aurora service area as needed; on-call responsibilities.
• Support staff through consultations, training, and community outreach.
