Qualifications

• Must hold a Master of Divinity (MDiv) or equivalent theological degree.
• Demonstrated ability to support patients and families with diverse beliefs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with community clergy and hospital staff.
• Maintain accurate spiritual care service records.
