Job summary

The Care Team Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual support and compassionate presence to patients and families in home or facility settings, addressing spiritual needs and offering guidance while participating in interdisciplinary care planning.

Standard hours and on-call rotations apply; serving Reading, PA and surrounding areas with on-call compensation for additional duties in a mission-driven hospice environment.

The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families receiving care in home or facility settings by addressing spiritual needs, offering compassionate guidance and emotional support, and participating in interdisciplinary care planning to support quality end-of-life care.

Schedule, Hours, & Territory

• Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Reading, PA, and up to a 1-hour surrounding radius
• Participation in an on-call rotation may be required; additional compensation is provided
