NurSelect Staffing is seeking compassionate CNAs for end-of-life care in upscale facilities across Lafayette Hill, Willow Grove, and Harleysville areas. Contract positions are day shift, 4–8 weeks with possible extension; onboarding is quick and straightforward.

You will provide resident-centered daily care, assist with hygiene, comfort, and safety, document care using MatrixCare, and travel between local client residences as needed. Weekly pay and flexible schedules offered.

Competenze

Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
Minimum 6 months hospice/home health or related clinical experience.

Mansioni

Provide resident-centered daily personal care with dignity and comfort.
Assist with hygiene, grooming, bathing, nutrition, transfers; measure vital signs.
Communicate clinical updates promptly to hospice nursing staff.
Maintain a clean, calming home environment for patient and family.

Role & Responsibilities

Compassionate End-of-Life Care: Provide sensitive, resident-centric daily personal care to patients in a long-term care setting, ensuring comfort, dignity, and peace.

Patient Hygiene & Comfort: Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, light nutrition, and repositioning/safe transfers. Measure and record vital signs.

Family Support & Communication: Serve as a comforting, professional presence, reporting any clinical changes or urgent needs promptly to the hospice nursing supervisor.

Environment Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean, calm, and supportive home environment for the patient and their visiting loved ones.

Technology Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to navigate MatrixCare efficiently with your cellphone, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient care, timesheets, and travel time.

Ability to Travel (when needed): Capable of independent travel to various local client residences, when needed, and maintaining detailed and precise records of travel time and destinations.
