Job summary

Talentburst,-Inc is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home hospice care across Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This onsite role offers $25/hour with a $1,000 weekly base pay for a 13-week contract, starting 11/23/2026, and includes 8.5-hour days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

We are filling 5 CNA positions with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, supporting comfort and safety, and

Qualifications

• Previous home health experience preferred.
• Hospice care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes throughout Bucks County, PA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Follow established care plans and hospice care protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families as appropriate.
