Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice care team.

The role focuses on providing personal healthcare services in patients' homes and ensuring a safe, clean environment while collaborating with families and reporting to a registered nurse. Qualified candidates will have a CNA license, state-approved nurse aide training, and a high school diploma (preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; Nurse aide training competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry.
• Must have CNA license; must have current drivers license.
• At least one year experience preferred as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health, hospice or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services in the patient’s residence.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment and work cooperatively with patient and family.
• Share observations and problems with supervisor; work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
