Lake Valley Hospice in the Twin Cities metro area seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a flexible PRN schedule. You will provide personal care and emotional support to patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Join a supportive team focused on compassionate care, with efficient documentation that minimizes charting time so you can spend more time with patients. A valid CNA license and two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification and completed training.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Position Details

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lake Valley Hospice, you will provide personal care and emotional support to patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and homemaking.

• Follow individualized care plans to ensure patient comfort and dignity.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Licensure: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with completed training.

• Experience: Minimum of two years preferred.

• Skills: Compassion, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.

• Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
