Job summary

Superior Hospice in the Maple Grove area of Minnesota is hiring a compassionate CNA for end-of-life care. You will support patients with ADLs, provide medication assistance as directed, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to follow individualized plans.

The role requires a Minnesota CNA license, hospice or oncology experience, a reliable vehicle, and flexibility to meet patient needs in a community-based service area. Full benefits available for full-time staff.
