As a Hospice Aide/CNA, your responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Administrator or Care Manager and working under RN supervision
• Assisting with personal hygiene, environment safety, meal preparation, mobility, light housekeeping, and treatments
• Supporting mental alertness and emotional well-being
• Monitoring and reporting patient condition changes
• Practicing infection control and documenting visits accurately
• Participating in staff meetings and quality improvement activities

About You

Requirements:

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Six months of relevant patient care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
