Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager, working under the supervision of Registered Nurses or Clinical Supervisors
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and light housekeeping
• Help promote mental alertness and provide emotional support
• Report changes in patient conditions and document care provided
• Practice infection control and attend staff meetings
• Participate in quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic nature
• Ability to provide care in a patient's home
• Flexibility and composure in crisis situations
• CNA license and at least 6 months of relevant patient care experience
• Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and CPR certification
