Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
- Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
- Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
- Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
- Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
- Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
