Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Administrator or Care Manager and working under RN supervision
• Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and light housekeeping
• Supporting treatments as ordered and promoting mental alertness
• Providing emotional support and reporting changes in patient condition
• Practicing infection control and documenting visits accurately
• Participating in staff meetings and quality improvement activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• At least 6 months of relevant patient care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
