Advantage Home Health and Hospice in Pottsville, PA is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. This role focuses on delivering compassionate in-home care to patients and supporting families with dignity and comfort.

You will provide daily living assistance, manage symptoms, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary hospice team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Valid driver's license and state required Auto Insurance.
• A deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.
• Understanding of end-of-life care principles (experience in hospice is a plus).
