Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal healthcare and related services in patients’ homes. The role supports the supervisor and collaborates with families to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA license, state-approved Nurse aide training, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Hospice experience and a strong patient-care focus are preferred for this caring team.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license or equivalent.
• At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse and report observations.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY: Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
