Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team in the Hurst area. You will provide personal healthcare services to patients in their homes, work under a registered nurse, and help maintain a safe, clean environment with supportive family involvement.

The ideal candidate has a CNA license, state nurse aide credentials, and at least one year of hospice or nursing assistant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Has completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state or state licensure that meets requirements.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have a current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long‑term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their home.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment; observe and report patient conditions to supervisor.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long‑term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
