Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to provide personal healthcare in patients' homes within the Longmont, Erie, Frederick, and Boulder areas. Working hours are Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm under RN supervision.

We offer a supportive team, stable schedule, and opportunities to grow in hospice care. A High School Diploma is preferred, CNA license required, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
