Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice in Beaumont, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home-based care team. You will provide essential personal healthcare and comfort to patients in their place of residence, listening with empathy and supporting families.

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will help maintain a safe, clean environment, document observations, and communicate patient needs promptly to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; state nurse aide registry-competency program required or equivalent licensure.

POSITION SUMMARY
