Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care to patients in the Denton area. As a CNA, you will support daily living activities, assist families, and help maintain a safe home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.

We value patient-centered care, reliability, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a CNA license, driver's license, and at least one year of hospice or nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Nurse aide training or state-approved training program in good standing.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least one year of hospice or nursing aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residence.
• Help maintain a safe, clean environment and assist families.Share observations with the supervisor as needed.
• Work under the direction of a registered nurse and communicate needs clearly.

Position Summary

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference by listening caring and serving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current drivers
• At least one year experience preferred as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital nursing home home health agency hospice or long term care facility
• Reliable transportation
• Valid and current auto liability insurance
