Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care to patients in Beaumont, TX. You will support the patient’s daily living activities, promote safety, and assist with basic nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The ideal candidate holds a CNA license, has strong observation and communication skills, and reliable transportation. A High School Diploma is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Competenze

• At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.

We are looking for a passionateCertified Nursing Assistant CNAto join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver's
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
