Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate hospice team. The role focuses on delivering personal healthcare and comfort to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

You will work with families, maintain a safe and clean living environment, and report observations to the supervisor. A CNA license and state-approved nurse aide training are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license.
• Has completed state-approved Nurse aide training/competency program or equivalent licensure.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least one year of hospice or nursing assistant experience in healthcare settings.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence; maintain a safe, clean environment and report observations to the supervisor.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY: Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
