Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. You will provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes, maintain a safe, clean environment, and collaborate with families and the supervising RN.

The ideal candidate has CNA licensure, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and preferably 1 year of hospice or nursing assistant experience. Join us to deliver excellent patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor.
• Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
