Georgia Hospice Care is looking for a Team Coordinator who can lead and serve, overseeing care team schedules, inventory, and staff productivity. You will help ensure our patients receive timely, compassionate care and support the agency’s daily operations.

In this role, you’ll work with a supportive leadership team, access professional development opportunities, and have room for advancement within a values-driven organization dedicated to quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Associate degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Scheduling and office manager experience preferred.
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
