Job summary

BJC Home Care in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Hospice Nurse Manager to supervise the field team and coordinate clinical services. The role ensures Medicare/Medicaid, TJC and department requirements are met, with on-call and holiday rotation as needed.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) and 5–10 years in hospice or home health, including 2+ years of supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages on-site supervision of hospice field staff and coordinates nursing/clinical services.

• Participates in staffing, budgeting and adherence to departmental goals.
• Coordinates services with other health care providers.
• Performs on-site supervisory visits and serves as clinical resource.
