The role requires California RN licensure and eligibility under two tracks of degree/experience, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and Quality Management reviews.

Formación

• Current, active California RN license is mandatory.
• Track 1 requires BSN and 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory role.
• Track 2 requires 4 years of relevant experience with supervisory role; RN license required; degree not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for hospice patient care services.
• Supervise clinical staff and collaborate with the hospice team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Drive clinical decisions and participate in Quality Management reviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal and California hospice regulations.
