• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, coordinate, and oversee daily scheduling operations.
• Evaluate staffing patterns and patient needs to adjust scheduling in real time.
• Resolve complex scheduling conflicts using agency knowledge and staff capabilities.
• Determine prioritization of work assignments based on goals and service demands.
• Monitor scheduling data and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure privacy of patients and staff.
• Serve as a central liaison between patients, clinical staff, referral sources, and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure continuity of care and operations.
