Job summary

Corewell Health in Stevensville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Unit Manager and licensed nurses. You will assist with daily resident needs, documentation, and safety initiatives, while maintaining a clean, safe care environment for patients and families.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, Michigan CNA training, a valid Michigan driver's license, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Michigan CNA training course approved.
• Driver's license in Michigan.
• CRT Nursing Assistant licensing upon hire.
• BLS certification from AHA/ARC.
• Credentialing with Corewell Health facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN or Unit Manager.
• Perform daily care tasks (dressing, bathing, transport, feeding).
• Document care given in line with guidelines.
• Maintain patient environment and report equipment issues.
• Complete required CNA training hours.
• Participate in unit quality monitoring and safety initiatives.
