Qualifications

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities as directed.
• Document care and observations accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety standards (ServSafe certification required).
• Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, common areas, and kitchen; perform laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Run errands and provide general support such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
