The role requires a healthcare administration background, clinical licensure if applicable, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 25%. In-office presence is essential to ensure teamwork and execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in health care administration or related field required.
• Licensed/registered healthcare professional preferred (e.g., RN, physician, social worker).
• Minimum two years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead local providers and supervise operations, services, and staff.
• Ensure daily execution of operations and office management.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to support care delivery.
