Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a Hospice Business Development Representative to grow our referral base and build lasting relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and facilities across the OKC metro. The role focuses on expanding our hospice program and representing our trusted CMS-rated care in the community.

The position offers a base salary of $55,000 plus commission, with uncapped earning potential as the referral base grows.

Qualifications

• Hospice or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and facilities.
• Represent Interim HealthCare Hospice of Oklahoma City to referral partners in your territory.
• Educate referrals and families on hospice eligibility, services, and differentiators.
• Track outreach and referral activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the hospice clinical team to ensure smooth admissions.
• Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities.
