Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a Hospice Business Development Representative to grow our referral base and build lasting relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and facilities across the OKC metro. You'll represent a trusted hospice program, manage a defined territory including OKC and surrounding communities, and educate referral sources and families on hospice eligibility and services.

Base salary plus commission, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Hospice, home health, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred.
• An existing network of healthcare referral contacts in the Oklahoma City area is a strong plus.
• A self-starter who's comfortable managing their own territory and schedule.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, along with genuine compassion for hospice patients and families.
• A results-driven mindset with the drive to grow a referral base and hit goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources across the Oklahoma City metro.
• Represent Interim HealthCare Hospice of Oklahoma City as a trusted hospice provider for referral partners in your territory.
• Educate referral sources and families on hospice eligibility, services, and what sets our care apart.
• Track outreach, referral activity, and relationship progress in our CRM.
• Collaborate with our hospice clinical team to ensure smooth, well-supported admissions.
• Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities to build the referral pipeline.
