Angels Care Hospice in Omaha, NE seeks a Bereavement Coordinator to plan, implement, and maintain a bereavement program for families and caregivers.
The role coordinates grief counseling, assesses needs, expands services through yearly evaluation, supports hospice staff, participates in committees, and ensures care plans reflect family needs after a patient’s death. A Bachelor's or MSW is required with grief counseling experience.
