MBC Talent Connections in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead hospice and palliative care sales across Albuquerque and Las Cruces. You will partner with Program Directors and Regional Sales leadership to craft and execute strategic initiatives, manage community liaison teams, and grow patient census.

This role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred), 4+ years healthcare sales, 2+ years in management, knowledge of hospice regulations, and a commitment to travel at least 70%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Healthcare sales experience valued.
• Minimum 4 years in healthcare sales; minimum 2 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospice regulations.
• Proven success in growing patient census.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage community liaisons to engage target accounts.
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching for the team.
• Generate regular reports on sales metrics, visit frequency, referrals, and KPIs.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring community liaison staff.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales strategies.
• Drive growth in local and regional patient census.
