Job summary

Choice Health At Home is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (HHA) for its Enid, OK hospice branch. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with transfers, monitor changes, and maintain a clean, safe environment to support comfort and quality of life for patients in their homes.

The role requires CNA/HHA and LTC certifications, CPR, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. HomeCare HomeBase experience is preferred; a team-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/HHA & LTC certifications required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Valid Auto Insurance required.
• CPR Certification required.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN direction and the Plan of Care.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation per policy.
• Report changes and document care to ensure continuity.
• Maintain infection control and provide a clean, safe environment.
• Promote respectful communication with patient, family and staff.
• Support proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.
• Assist in managing the agency’s efficient operation and time management.
• Perform treatments and procedures per agency policy.
• Support the agency philosophy and quality-of-care standards.
