Redcrest Hospice House in Bloomington, IN is hiring a Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) to provide compassionate patient care during 12-hour shifts. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and monitoring, reporting changes to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA or HHA and meet state requirements for competency evaluation or licensure.
• One year of experience in care setting is preferred, especially hospice care.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care such as baths, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens.
• Assist with meals, dressing, ambulation, and mobility as ordered.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff; maintain patient safety and dignity.
• Document care and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
