AccentCare in Baltimore is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA IPC to deliver compassionate, hands-on care under RN supervision at Franklin Square Hospital. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule with weekend rotation and a salary between $17.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements include state nurse’s aide certification, CPR, a clean aide registry status, and a reliable vehicle with valid insurance.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse’s aide with required training and passing exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care.
• Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN and team.
• Support patients in homes or facilities through movement and activities.
• Document care accurately reflecting the plan of care and goals.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols in varied environments.
