AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide/CNA to join our team in Franklin, TN. This full-time role supports patients in their homes and care facilities, performing personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living activities with a focus on comfort and dignity.

The position requires state certification as a nurse's aide, CPR where applicable, and a valid driver’s license. A reliable vehicle is also needed to serve multiple counties.

Qualifications

• State certification as a nurse's aide is required.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in GA and WA.
• Must be listed on state aide registry with a clear record.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support.
• Support patients in homes or care facilities through movement and activity, including walking and occasional driving.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living activities, maintaining safety and dignity.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols in home and facility environments.
