Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our in-home care team. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide hands-on personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help patients maintain comfort and dignity at the end of life.

This full-time role requires active CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to 1:1 patient care across homes. Weekend rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety during visits.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day to deliver care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
