St. Croix Hospice seeks a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, assisting with activities of daily living and personal care to promote comfort and dignity.

Required: active CNA certification in WI, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record with auto insurance. Travel to patient homes is required.

Competenze

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Travel to patient homes and deliver care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
