Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes across Wisconsin.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting personal care, vital signs, and daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity at the end of life. The role requires current CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin care and grooming.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meals and activities of daily living as needed.
• Travel to patient homes and deliver hands-on care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
