St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team.

You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort, dignity, and high-quality end-of-life care. This role requires current CNA certification, a valid driver's license, and strong skills in personal care, vital signs, documentation, and feeding support.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.

An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets.
