Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our in-home care team. Under the RN, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support patients with daily living activities to enhance comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Responsibilities include personal care, vital signs, documentation, and travel to patient homes within the schedule. We offer full-time hours with rotating weekends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you'll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you'll support patients with personal care and daily living activities, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life at the end of life.

Qualifications
